relatively new program that was created by a doctor from Arizona called
Suzanne Gudakunst.
According to the website, she has blown the lid off the best-kept
secret in weight loss and apparently has caused quite a stir in the
diet food and drug industry by doing so.
When we checked out her program we did feel that the website was a bit
hyped up compared to the information that you actually receive, but
none the less, the material seemed to make sense and was extremely
comprehensive.
Unlike
Fat Loss 4 Idiots, this is more of a guide (in the form of an ebook)
than an actual plan and delivers page after page of useful tips and
advice about how to change various elements in your daily diet and
weekly routine that'll help you shed the pounds.
It is
well set out and if you followed all the advice it is easy to see why some number of people
have had success with it and we did hear extremely positive
things from current clients.
Having
said that, we
would actually advise to hold back on this until even more positive
reports have come through. A few others were in fact a little
disappointed.
